Semla and a Cappuccino

Semla is really a wonderful treat, a cut butter pastry with whipped cream. Not sugary whip-cream like the fake stuff, just plane cream. There is then a light layer of custard [ours seamed like lemon, though traditionally almond] for a beautiful array of flavors.
